Hotel Primo - Riva del Garda

Pleasant stay for two nights! the staff were super welcoming and friendly. the location was amazing, especially when arriving by coach and driving through the outskirts 🌄.

It was as expected, had an enjoyable stay at great value. I ate at a particularly good restaurant for dinner.

Some people working there were highly unprofessional.

I came here for 6 nights and had a very good stay. Hospitable hotel, staff were efficient and rooms were fully-equipped. The restaurant was pretty good for dinner, I tried appetising dishes. The location was magnificent and wonderful, for example, Spiaggia Sabbioni was at a walking distance from the venue...

The staff are attentive and offer good services. They serve adequate breakfasts for all tastes with cakes, cheese, and many types of bread. - It has a fantastic setting so close to the lake, supermarket, and special areas. - There's a Pizzeria Bavaria located within an easy walk to the venue, I recommend trying the food there.

- the breakfast was of poor quality (coffee below the Italian standards, I had the feeling that the rolls were not fresh - most probably baked the previous day); on their website they say to have a private parking, simply not true: guests arriving by car can leave their veichle on _public_ parking place two blocks away from the hotel; although the windows in the room are new, it can get quite noisy in the evenings because of the traffic shindy and music from the lounge bar/disco pub just across the street

Room was ok, hotel was placed in the center of the town, breakfast was not so good but for one night it doesn't really matter, 100m from the lake. To summarize, this hotel is a good stay for 1 -2 nights.

The service here is outstanding, offering public parking and complimentary Wi-Fi.

I had a good stay in Hotel Primo. My room had a big balcony with an excellent view of the mountain. The breakfast was ok and also the cleanliness of the rooms. I think if I travel to Riva, I select this Hotel again.

My only problem in this Hotel was the water tap. They were very tough and I couldn't screw them easily.

The staff here were super friendly and really helpful. They gave us great suggestions. the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. Everything was sparkling clean! 😊

We had a lovely stay at a hotel in Riva del Garda. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the lake and restaurants. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was the very nice vegan pizza and pasta that Alex in the restaurant prepared for us. The hotel also had a great breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Riva del Garda.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with the lake just a 5-minute walk away and the center of Riva del Garda within a 15-minute walk. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and provide excellent service. They are attentive and quick to respond to any requests or questions. The rooms at this hotel are basic but well-equipped with everything you need. They even have balconies, although some face the wall of the neighboring hotel. The breakfast at this hotel is great, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The rooms at this hotel could use some updating, as they felt a bit cold, wet, and outdated. However, this didn't detract from the overall experience.

Good food at a nice restaurant for dinner 😋. the location is just perfect, not too far from the beach. it's close to the city center, which was convenient and within walking distance from here.

The nearby shopping center with a large supermarket makes it convenient to get essentials. You can also find a variety of restaurants near the hotel. Rooms are equipped with a TV and fridge, although the bathroom is small.

The lack of air-conditioning in the rooms can make it uncomfortable during the hot summer months.

The staff provided helpful and efficient service, and I really enjoyed the breakfast offered.
